Terms of Service

By using the Office Help Now hiring portal (the “Portal”), you agree to the following terms and conditions of service. These Terms are designed to ensure a fair and secure process for all users:

• Eligibility & Accurate Information: The Portal is intended for individuals 18 years or older seeking employment with Office Help Now. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information about yourself in your profile and applications. Using the Portal does not guarantee employment – all hiring decisions are at the sole discretion of Office Help Now.

• Account Use: If you create an account on our Portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with others. You agree to use the Portal only for its intended purpose (finding and applying to jobs at Office Help Now) and not to engage in any unauthorized or harmful activities.

• Prohibited Conduct: You will not misuse the Portal by posting false information, offensive content, or any material that violates law or the rights of others. Any form of hacking, data mining, sending of unsolicited communications, or attempting to disrupt the Portal’s functionality is strictly prohibited. Office Help Now reserves the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

• Confidentiality: Any non-public information you receive through the hiring process (such as interview details, test assignments, or client project information) must be kept confidential. If you are hired, you will be required to sign an employment/contractor agreement that includes strict confidentiality and non-disclosure provisions to protect company and client information. Respecting privacy and confidential data is a condition of using the Portal and of any employment with us.

• Intellectual Property: All content and materials on the Portal (text, logos, graphics, and design) are the property of Office Help Now or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reuse or distribute Portal content without permission. Likewise, any materials you submit to the Portal as part of the application (e.g. written answers or work samples) should be your own work. By submitting such materials, you grant Office Help Now the right to use them for evaluating your application. If hired, any work product you create in the course of your job will be governed by our employment contract (generally, the company or its clients will own the work results).

• Employment Process: These Portal Terms govern your application process and site usage; they are not an employment contract. Any job offer will be made separately and will become final only after you sign our official Employment/Contractor Agreement. That agreement will include additional terms such as job role, compensation, working hours, probation period, confidentiality obligations, and possibly non-compete clauses, in line with company policy and applicable laws.

• Termination of Access: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Portal at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in misconduct. We may also remove or edit any content you have posted on the Portal if it’s found to be false, inappropriate, or in violation of our policies.

• Changes to Terms: Office Help Now may update or modify these Terms of Service occasionally. We will notify users of any material changes (for example, via an announcement on the Portal). By continuing to use the Portal after updates, you agree to the revised Terms.
