How and when was Hire Now started?
HireNow is an OHN product built to help US teams hire vetted talent in under 24 hours. We took what worked from years of hands-on staffing, baked it into a streamlined WordPress (Hire Now) experience, and keep shipping improvements so hiring stays fast, simple, and predictable.
Who will be my employer if I get hired?
You will be employed by Office Help Now directly. We are hiring you as part of our own team. Once onboard, you will provide services to our clients on behalf of Office Help Now, but we remain your employer (handling your pay, benefits, and management). You will not be an employee of the client; instead, you’ll be an OHN contractor/employee assigned to work with clients.
What is the hiring process like?
The process typically involves a few steps. First, you submit an application through the Portal for a specific job opening (or for general consideration). Our HR team reviews applications and contacts shortlisted candidates for an initial interview (usually virtual). There may be additional interview rounds or skill assessments depending on the role. Successful candidates will receive a job offer, and upon acceptance, we’ll move forward with signing the Employment/Contractor Agreement and onboarding you onto our team.
What types of positions can I apply for?
We hire for a variety of roles. Most of our opportunities are remote office positions such as Virtual Assistants (VAs), administrative assistants, customer support representatives, marketing and IT specialists, and other professional roles. These team members will work on projects for our clients, so we look for skills in areas like administration, accounting, content writing, digital marketing, software development, and more depending on client needs.
Can I work another job or freelance while working with Office Help Now?
According to our company policy (as detailed in the employment agreement), you should not engage in other employment or freelance work that could conflict with your job at OHN. Our roles are generally full-time and demand your professional focus during working hours.

How does Office Help Now protect client privacy when working for a client?
Protecting client privacy is one of our top priorities. As an OHN team member, you will often handle sensitive information from clients (such as business data, emails, documents, etc.). We have strict protocols in place: every employee/contractor must adhere to confidentiality agreements and data protection guidelines. You are not allowed to share client information with anyone outside of our company or use it for any purpose other than the client’s work. We also use secure tools and channels for all client communications and data sharing. If there’s ever a breach or an issue, employees are required to report it immediately so we can take action. By maintaining these standards, we ensure our clients’ trust and keep their information safe.
Can my virtual assistant work another job or freelance while working with me?
